So often our focus in our day to day lives is on what is we feel our lives are lacking. In our conversations to ourselves and others, we wish we had this thing to make life easier, or wish this situation wasn’t so hard, and on and on. When we focus on the negative, or the lack in any way, those situations are continually with us, just as if our focus is on the positive or what we feel grateful for, those situations and things are continually with us. So why not just live in a constant state of gratitude? On the pathway of gratitude lies abundance.
The universe matches our vibration to manifest in our lives. If you are focusing on what you are grateful for, you are constantly asking the universe for more of that which you are enjoying. On the flip side, if you are focusing on worries, troubles, or any other lower vibration, the universe knows no difference. It just matches your vibration. Therefore, you get more and more of what you don’t actually want!
There is always something to be grateful for. If you find you are focusing too much on negative circumstances, or what is lacking, change your focus. You are the only one who can control your own thinking. Try making yourself a list at the end of each day, or even at the beginning, of what circumstances, things, or situations you are grateful for. Keep the list near you, and refer to it each time you feel you need to change your focus.
When regularly practicing living in gratitude, you will see an enormous difference take place in your day to day life. It is very hard to fall back into negative thinking/feeling patterns once you have experienced the magic of your own positive thinking/feeling patterns working in your life.
There is beauty beyond measure as well as feelings that are completely and utterly without proper description once one awakens to the reality that through natural laws such as the law of attraction, we literally create our situations and circumstances. Lining those spiritual aspects up with purpose, and intent bring forth abundance in many forms.
